help…i’ve lost common sense

I like to think I have a bit of common sense and a frugal flair, but apparently I cannot be trusted with any of these talents when it comes to something cleverly designed. Instead of shopping for the bargain packs of imitation ibuprofen, I’m actually considering shelling out for these over the counter drugs from Help Remedies, that I found on Lovely Package… I have no immediate usage for them, I just need a fix of unique packaging for a mundane item!

They retail for $4.00 for a single package, and are available to purchase on their website and in other various outlets (they have a retail zipcode finder for the US on their site as well). They would be great for a survival gift set, for someone going off to college or for bridesmaids/groomsmen.

hellp… i cut myself

A small responsible part of me was slightly worried that perhaps medication shouldn’t be made witty or played with, but I withdraw that after reading the company’s manifesto which states , “while some health problems are large, complicated and frightening, most problems are not the end of the world. A kind word and a little help can get you on your way. Help Remedies was created to make solving simple health issues simple. We find the best solution there is, and take away everything else. By stripping away some of the complexity and fear mongering of the health industry, we hope to make medicine friendlier and more accessible, and in doing so empower people to make their own health decisions.”

In a non purchase/drug/packaging note, a visit to their clean minimalistic site is still worth it just to play around in their “i’m bored” section. My favorites the “help…i can’t remember someones name” and “help…i’m illiterate”.
