Bond Girls

I love the colours and graphics used in the original movie posters, book covers and title sequences of the early James Bond franchise. Over so many years though,  the little silhouette of the man holding a gun can be a bit tired. The new release of Bond books from Penguin celebrate something just as iconic, but a bit different—the Bond girls. I think the execution on some of them isn’t quite right, that they could have been a bit more connected with the image, but overall, really liking these in terms of colour, typography etc.

They are fabulous aren’t they? But even better they are book covers, which I think are a lot more realistic to own, because lets be honest I’m not sure how much I want a giant Bond poster in my home…Although, if they looked like this maybe…!
